Here is a map of Soup Club’s original core delivery area. It has since expanded as far north as Shoreline, as far east as Mercer Island, as far west as West Seattle, and as far south as Burien.
Contact Caroline directly to check whether your location is possible to add to one of her routes, which she tries very hard to do (at the expense of being able to have an accurate delivery map on her website). In the case delivery isn’t possible, pickup always is.
Typically, deliveries occur on Wednesday and Thursday every week; these days can shift occasionally. Shifts in schedule are communicated weeks in advance through the weekly newsletter.

Soup is dropped off at the location you designate when you sign up for soup club; Caroline asks that a container or cooler be left out to guarantee the safety of your share. (Use of an existing Smith Brothers or Ridwell bin is common, otherwise a cooler or dedicated box works also.) This not only helps to keep your soup safe to eat, but deters curious critters, too.
Yes, you will be notified of your share’s arrival via text to the number given when you sign up.
No. The soup will be left in your designated spot, and you will be notified via text of its arrival, whether you are home or not.
The cost of delivery is a flat $30 per month fee. No partial billing, or switching back and forth between delivery and pickup.
Yes, with appropriate delivery instructions when signing up.
Yes. Pickup is in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle on Wednesdays and Thursdays every week during Soup Club. Hours and location are confirmed at the start of each term in a soup season, but remain consistent from week to week within a term. (Click the Absences tab in the FAQ sidebar for more information about pauses or skipped weeks.) Any exceptions are communicated directly through text and email with as much notice as possible.
Each quart of soup that is set out for pickup is labeled with its member’s name and arranged in coolers. Members are notified via text when their soup is ready for pickup. Pickup is contact-free and unmonitored to allow for schedule flexibility. Email us directly with any questions or concerns.
